Modo de Fazer</h3>

<li>Tempere os filés e sele no azeite por cinco minutos de cada lado. </li>
<li>Junte manteiga, alho e ervas para liberar o sabor. </li>
<li>Retire e coloque a carne num tabuleiro com o caldo (molho de vinho) e finalize no forno quente até o ponto desejado. </li>
<li>Aproveite e guarde a frigideira para usar o caldinho da carne no preparo do molho.</li>
</ol>

Molho de vinho tinto para a carne:</h3>
<ol>
<li>Refogue a cebola na manteiga </li>
<li>Deglace com molho de soja e deixe reduzir. </li>
<li>Junte o vinho tinto e reduza a 3/4 </li>
<li>Misture manteiga e farinha de trigo e coloque só um pouquinho no molho para dar liga. </li>
<li>Peneire para deixar o molho aveludado. </li>
<li>Acrescente a manteiga, mas sem deixar ferver, e tempere.</li>

Para a Couve Flor:</h3>
Refogue a cebola e o alho na manteiga junte o queijo e a pimenta. Mexa até derreter. Junte o requeijão e o leite. Misture bem até ferver e encorpar. Acerte o sal. Despeje sobre a couve flor e leve ao forno para gratinar.<br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Prepare uma marinada com 1 limão, vinagre, shoyo, água, pimenta do reino, orégano e prove para corrigir o sal se necessário. Deixe o peixe nessa marinada por 1 hora, virando na metade do tempo.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Leve para a churrasqueira, longe do fogo e vá virando o peixe durante mais ou menos uma hora e vá umedecendo com a marinada até ficar no ponto de sua preferência (eu gosto bem passadinho).</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Para o cuscuz, coloque numa panela azeite e refogue a cebola. Junte o tomate, o espinafre e deixe refogar por uns 3 minutos. Coloque o camarão ainda congelado (é de propósito para juntar água) e deixe refogar até o camarão mudar de cor. Acerte o sal, a pimenta e coloque as azeitonas. Se ficar muito seco, coloque um pouco de água morna e quando ferver, vá despejando aos poucos a farinha de milho e mexendo. Faça com cuidado e não deixe ficar muito grosso pois quando esfriar vai endurecer! Sirva com cebolinha salpicada a gosto.</span></div>

O lombo de cordeiro foi o mais complicado. Como ja relatei no post anterior, depois de muito procurar, consegui na <a href="https://www.facebook.com/casadecarnesfamilia" target="_blank">Casa de Carnes da Família</a>, porém quando cheguei lá, estava congelado. Aliás, o cordeiro inteiro estava congelado! Pelo que percebi este não é um corte muito comum. Como quase tive um surto lá no açougue, o Marcelo e a Aline (funcionários muito simpáticos) resolveram me ajudar e deixaram o lombo pronto para o dia seguinte. Ufa! O restante dos ingredientes eu consegui no <a href="http://www.mercadoqualidade.com.br/" target="_blank">Mercado Qualidade</a> que considero o único mercado gourmet da cidade, onde passo toda sexta pois sempre encontro a solução para o jantar pré final de semana.</span></div>

Junte o camarão e cozinhe por uns 4 minutos (prove o camarão para não deixar passar do ponto e endurecer). Misture a farinha de trigo com um pouco do molho que deve ser separado e coloque na panela com os camarões para engrossar.</span></div>

Fuçando aqui e alí na internet, juntei tudo e fiz o seguinte:<br />

Preparei uma polenta mole(não muito) com mais ou menos 1 xícara e meia de fubá, 6 xícaras de água, 1 envelope de sazon laranja e sal.<br />
Despejei num refratário e nesse meio tempo havia preparado uma carne de panela assim:<br />

600 gr de paleta cortada em cubos e temperada com sal, pimenta e alho. Sela no azeite, cobrir de água e colocar na pressão por mais ou menos 30 minutos. Desligar e deixar apurar o caldo.<br />

Aí veio a ideia do pirão, mas eu não quis cortar a cabeça do coitado do peixe, então resolvi comprar uns camarõezinhos e mandar bala!</div>

Não tem uma receita certinha, mas vou descrever como fiz :</div>

Lavei bem o peixe e temperei com sal, ervas provence, alho frito, limão e shoyo. Deixei descansar por umas 2 horas e coloquei no forno 250 graus coberto com alumínio por 1 hora.</div>

Para o pirão, piquei meia cebola e refoguei com 1 tomate também picado. Com o fogo baixo, juntei 1 xícara (chá) de camarão bem lavado e temperei com ajisal, pimenta calabresa (caprichei) e páprica doce. Refoguei por uns 3 minutos e coloquei água. Quando estava quase fervendo fui despejando a farinha de mandioca e mexendo (não pode deixar muito grosso). Deixei ferver mais uns 3 minutos e pronto.</div>

Ingredientes<br />
1 prato fundo, bem cheio, de bacalhau dessalgado e lascado<br />
1 cebola média picadinha<br />
azeite<br />
1 caixinha de creme de leite<br />
1 xícara (chá) rasa de catupiry<br />
1 xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado<br />
4 colheres (sopa) salsinha picada<br />
4 colheres (sopa) pimenta rosa em grãos<br />
<br />
Modo de Fazer<br />
Deixe o bacalhau de molho no leite, na geladeira por 2 horas. Escorra bem e reserve.<br />
Refoge a cebola em bastante azeite, em uma panela de fundo grosso, e junte o bacalhau.<br />
Quando estiver macio, junte o creme de leite, mexa. Acrescente o catupiry, metade do parmesão e misture bem. Junte a salsinha, verifique o sal e desligue o fogo.<br />
Despeje em um refratário e salpique o que sobrou do parmesão e por último a pimenta rosa.<br />
Leve ao forno apenas para gratinar.<br />

Andei pesquisando sobre Quinoa e descobri que podemos fazer pratos quentes e frios, deliciosos.<br />
Vi muitas receitas de saladas, porém algumas com camarão chamaram mais a atenção do meu paladar, por isso resolvi juntar tudo e fazer minha própria receitinha de salada de quinoa com camarão.<br />
Então vamos à receita!<br />
<br />
Ingredientes<br />
1 xícara (chá) rasa de quinoa real (em grãos) - cozida al dente (use um pouco menos que o dobro de água para cozinhá-la)<br />
2 tomates não muito maduros, sem sementes, cortados em quadradinhos<br />
4 colheres (sopa) de azeitonas verdes em rodelas<br />
1 xícara (chá) rasa de mussarela de búfala cortada em quadradinhos<br />
500 gr de camarão (tamanho conforme preferência)<br />
2 limões<br />
pimenta do reino, sal e azeite a gosto<br />
<br />
Modo de Fazer<br />
Tempere o camarão com 1 limão, sal e pimenta a gosto. Deixe marinar por 20 minutos. Escorra bem e grelhe em azeite. Reserve.<br />
Misture todos os ingredientes, junte o camarão já frio e tempere com azeite, sal e pimenta. Leve na geladeira por pelo menos 30 minutos.<br />

1 pacote de bifum pequeno<br />
4 pedaços de frango sassami picados em quadradinhos e temperados com sal e pimenta do reino<br />
1 lata de milho verde cozido no vapor<br />
200 gr de bacon picado em quadradinhos<br />
Azeite<br />
Sal<br />
<br />
Coloque azeite em uma panela e frite o bacon. Junte o frango e refogue por uns 5 minutos. Adicione o milho. Acerte o sal e reserve.<br />
Prepare o bifum conforme instruções da embalagem (eu coloco por 2 minutos em água fervente e já retiro) e junte ao refogado. Verifique o sal e sirva.<br />

Adicione o paio e misture tudo na paelleira. Deixe dourar e coloque o açafrão, a páprica e o molho de tomate. Junte o arroz e misture. Adicione quatro xícaras de chá de caldo, tampe e deixe cozinhar a fogo baixo por dez minutos. Acrescente mas uma xícara de caldo, coloque os camarões lagostins, os mexilhoes, tampe e cozinhe mais um pouco não deixando secar muito. Modo de Fazer<br />

Acrescente o ovo e o sal e misture até desgrudar das mãos. Deixe a massa descansar por no mínimo 30 minutos. Abra a massa sempre virando os lados e coloque a massa aberta em uma assadeira com fundo falso. Faça uns furos com o garfo e leve ao forno para dourar. Reserve.</span><br />

Sugestão da minha filha Bruna que adora uma sobremesa e foi logo pesquisando uma receita lá no site do "Tem Criança na Cozinha" mas é claro que fiz algumas adaptações.<br />
A receita rende bastante e não caberia em minha forma redonda de fundo removível, então eu montei em um refratário de vidro mesmo. Não ficou tão bonita mas ficou deliciosa!!!<br />

Ingredientes<br />
2 xícaras (chá) de leite - uma delas bem gelada<br />
1 lata de leite condensado<br />
2 xícaras (chá) de creme de leite fresco<br />
1 lata de creme de leite<br />
3 pacotes de biscoito de leite<br />
300 gr de chocolate meio amargo<br />
<br />
Bata o creme de leite fresco na batedeira até ficar firme, depois acrescente a xícara de leite gelado e continue batendo. Junte o leite condensado.<br />
Coloque na forma uma camada de creme e uma de bolacha molhada no leite, até terminar o creme.<br />
Derreta o chocolate e junte a lata de creme de leite.<br />
Cubra a torta e leve para a geladeira por pelo menos 6 horas.<br />

Mini pimentões (uns fofinhos)<br />
Tomates grape vermelho e amarelo<br />
Mini batatas aferventadas al dente ou cortadas em quadradinhos cruas<br />

Sal (utilizei sal grosso no moedor com ervas Provence)<br />

Modo de Fazer<br />
Tempere o bacalhau com pimenta, alhajinomoto e alho frito. Deixe curtir por 2 horas.<br />
Em uma frigideira grossa, coloque azeite e sele rapidamente o filé dos dois lados.<br />
Em um refratário coloque o filé e arrume com os outros ingredientes.<br />
Regue generosamente com azeite e coloque sal sobre os legumes.<br />

<i>Ingredientes</i><br />
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo<br />
1 e 1/2 xícaras de açúcar<br />
1 xícara de leite<br />
6 colheres (sopa) cheias de achocolatado em pó<br />
1 colher (sopa) cheia de fermento em pó<br />
6 ovos<br />
1 colher (café) de bicarbonato de sódio<br />
margarina e canela para untar a forma<br />
<br />
<i>Para a cobertura</i><br />
4 colheres (sopa) de achocolatado em pó<br />
2 colheres (sopa) de margarina<br />
1 copo americano de leite<br />

Preparo<br />
Na batedeira, bata as gemas, o açúcar e o leite por pelo menos 5 minutos. Adicione aos poucos o achocolatado e a farinha de trigo e bata por mais 5 minutos. Coloque o fermento e o bicarbonato e bata por mais 1 minuto. Reserve.<br />
Bata as claras em neve e junte delicadamente à massa.<br />
Unte a forma com margarina e salpique canela (este é um segredinho que aprendi com uma querida ex-secretária e amiga chamada Alice - excelente cozinheira!)<br />
Despeje a massa e leve para assar em forno pré aquecido (+ou- 200graus) por 40 minutos.<br />
<br />
Quando desligar o forno, prepare a cobertura.<br />
Misture os ingredientes e leve ao fogo até começar a ferver. Despeje sobre o bolo ainda quente.<br />

Leve para a churrasqueira em grelha própria para peixe com papel alumino por baixo e deixe assar até que o bacalhau fique macio.<br />
Regue novamente com azeite e vire a grelha para dourar a parte de cima.<br />
